2. Token System: Platform access and certain features are managed via tokens, which serve as the internal currency. Tokens can be purchased securely via integrated payment gateways such as Razorpay India.
3. Purchases & Refunds: All token purchases are final. Refunds are only provided in cases of technical error or unauthorized transactions, subject to review. For more information, see our Support section.
4. Data Security: Patient data is handled according to Indian data protection laws. Users must not attempt to extract, misuse, or share patient or platform data outside authorized channels.

8. Liability: The platform is provided "as is" without warranties. Encephlian is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use, including loss of data or service interruptions.
